FAQ

How do I get a quote?

Use the form at the top of the page: name, email, a short description, and upload your file (STL, STEP, OBJ, PDF, ZIP, and similar). We usually reply the same or next business day with price and timing.

What files do you accept?

For printing: STL, 3MF, OBJ. For CNC: STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, DWG. For reference: PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP. If you only have a physical part, we can scan it first.

How long does a typical job take?

Simple 3D prints often ship in 2–5 business days. CNC is usually 5–10 business days. Modeling and scanning are often 2–7 days depending on complexity. Rush jobs can be discussed when you send the quote request.

Why are prices listed as “from $…”?

Every part is different — volume, material, tolerance, and finish change the cost. The numbers above are starting points for small, straightforward jobs. Your quote will be exact for your files.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Local pickup in Staten Island is available. Filament orders typically leave within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Can you reverse-engineer a broken part?

Yes. We scan the part, clean the mesh, build a solid CAD model, then print or machine a replacement. Send photos of the part with the form, or arrange a visit to our Staten Island location.
