3D Scanning

What is it?
How we do it?

We capture physical objects with 3D scanning and turn the raw data into clean digital models you can edit, measure, and manufacture from.

01

We scan your part or product to create a detailed point cloud or mesh that accurately reflects the real-world geometry—ideal for reverse engineering, inspection, and digital archiving.

02

Scan files are processed and converted into solid CAD models using tools such as SolidWorks—ready for editing, measurement, 3D printing, or CNC machining.

From physical object to production-ready CAD.

Whether you need a mesh for visualization or a watertight solid for manufacturing, we guide the full workflow: scan capture, cleanup, and CAD conversion. Combine scanning with our 3D modeling, 3D printing, or CNC services for a complete path from object to finished part.

FAQ

What deliverables do you provide?

Cleaned mesh (STL/OBJ) and, when needed, a solid CAD model (STEP) for reverse engineering or manufacturing.

Do I bring the part to you?

Yes — local drop-off/pickup in Staten Island works well. For remote clients, mail the part or send clear photos first so we can advise.

Can you reverse-engineer a broken part?

Yes. We scan, rebuild CAD, then print or machine a replacement as needed.
